| | Serve it Up! is the result of a partnership between the Nova Scotia Tourism Human Resource Council, Department of Education and Early Childhood Development and the Nova Scotia Apprenticeship Agency. The program provides a summer employment opportunity for students interested in or curious about a career in the culinary trade.
To be eligible, students must be enrolled in grade 10 or 11 in Nova Scotia, reach the age of 16 by May 1st 2023 and be available for employment during the months of July and August (schedules can include day/week/evening work).

- Upload your resume and cover letter on the final page of this application; Due by January 13, 2023
- Obtain two references, one from a teacher and the other from a community member. Reference forms can be obtained from your teacher or found on the Serve it Up! Culinary Hub: https://tourismhrc.com/culinaryexperiencehub/ under "Serve it Up!" Due by January 31, 2023
