  You must create a password in order to protect your personal information. Your password must be at least 8 characters in length but no greater than 15 characters, and must contain characters from at least three of the following groups of characters shown below. Passwords also cannot contain the word 'password' or your Employee ID.
NOTE: Do not use single quote ('), double quote ("), or spaces.

  In case you forget your password on a future visit, select and answer two security questions. Whenever you reset your password, you will be prompted to correctly answer one of your saved security questions. The answer must be at least 4 characters and, just like your password, it is case-sensitive.
