| | Serve it Up! is the result of a partnership between the Nova Scotia Tourism Human Resource Council, Department of Education and Early Childhood Development and the Nova Scotia Apprenticeship Agency.
The program provides a summer employment opportunity for students interested in or curious about a career in the culinary trade.
To be eligible, students must be enrolled in grade 10 or 11 in Nova Scotia, reach the age of 16 by May 1st, 2024 and be available for employment during the months of July and August (schedules can include day/week/evening work).

- Obtain two references, one from a teacher and the other from a community member. Reference forms can be obtained from your teacher.
